Steve was hired for his knowledge of the DME world. His attention to the important details along with his vast knowledge from being a Physical Therapist for 30 years are a huge asset for GT Mobility customer

Steve Bannow – Service Technician
Steve was hired in the spring of 2003 to be an extra set of hands in the Green Bay shop. He not only repairs mobility equipment but is an ASE certified mechanic as well. Steve has been factory trained by VMI, Braun, Sure Grip, Bruno, EMC (Expert Technician), Veigel/MPD and many other vendors.

Deb Lohman- Special Projects
Deb hired herself after a maintenance appointment at GT Mobility, Green Bay in the spring of 2003. Her duties now are Sales Coordination, Marketing, QAP, Training, HR, and some Sales. She will continue to serve GT Mobility customers in all locations.

Todd Nault – CSM, Mobility Consultant
Making customers comfortable in their decision to purchase and making sure what is purchased is right, drives Todd to expect his employees take responsibility for their customer service experience is the best for GT Mobility customers.

George Burmaster – Service Manager
Service to customers is most important when their vehicle isn’t working properly. George brought 7 years of working mobility industry knowledge in 1999 when GT Mobility was started. He continues to be trained by VMI, Braun, Sure Grip, Bruno, EMC (Expert Technician), Veigel/MPD and many other vendors.


Mary-Kaye Radtke- Mobility Consultant
Hired in 2016 Mary-Kaye brings her customer service experience with her to make sure that all of our customers feel welcomed and comfortable.

Nic Brown- Service Technician
Hired in 2010, Nic brings energy and a get it done attitude to GT Mobility in Madison. He has been factory trained by Braun, EMC, DriveMaster, VMI, Bruno, Sure Grip, and Veigel/MPD.



Richard Nault – Mobility Consultant 

Richard brings unique talents to GT Mobility – he has worked in Customer Service for several major corporations including medical and insurance. He brings compassion and perseverance when working with his customers.

Jacob Pratt –  Service Technician

Hired in 2015, Jacob has an energetic attitude and brings an excitement for learning. He has worked with Sure Grip on multiple occasions to install hand controls into vehicles that previously had never been done before.

    Julia is always supportive. If she doesn’t know an answer for something she WILL find the answer and give you the answers.
